The Corporate Communications department at Publix spearheads internal communications and press releases, publishes monthly newsletters and annual benefits notices, handles department-specific communications, and manages digital content for Publix's internally facing platforms. Within the department, the User Experience (UX) Content Design Analyst leads the overall UX research strategy, gathers data-driven insights and defines key opportunities that influence our UX roadmaps and inform both content and design. Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to persuade and achieve buy-in from others.
In Publix's corporate offices, we value in-person interactions, similar to those our store associates have with customers. Many of Publix's corporate offices offer work from home up to one day a week. Each business area implements their policy differently and should be discussed during interviews.
