
Brand & Creative Lead
New York City
We are a small restaurant group with over 15 years of operation and four distinct enterprises in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Each restaurant has its own identity, distinctive point of view, and stories worth telling.
We’re looking for a Brand & Creative Lead to help shape and broadcast those stories across events, digital platforms, in the restaurants, and other guest-facing touch points.
This role sits at the intersection of project management, storytelling, and brand execution. It’s a strong fit for someone who can generate original ideas, recognize narrative opportunities already present in the business, and translate them into real output across multiple mediums.
This is not a purely strategic creative role. It is a hands-on position for someone who can think creatively, communicate clearly, and move work from concept through completion.
In this role, you’ll
- Lead brand-facing projects from idea through execution
- Be the point person on storytelling and production around events and key moments
- Oversee social media as one part of a broader brand system
- Help shape visual brand expression across web, print, merchandise, and campaigns
- Build systems and timelines that keep projects moving
You may be working on
- Event identity, communication, and production support
- Website refreshes and new website development
- Merchandise concepts and rollout
- Campaign assets and visual storytelling
- Photography direction and content systems
- Brand initiatives that need a clear creative owner
We’re looking for someone with
- Strong follow-through and project ownership
- Good instincts around storytelling, tone, and brand expression
- Comfort working across mediums and formats
- The ability to organize internal and external collaborators
- A hands-on approach to writing, coordinating, producing, or shaping assets directly
- Familiarity with Adobe tools is a plus
